How to use the Online Entries System

  • If you wish to become a member or are a member but have not renewed your membership you must complete this transaction first HERE, before you enter any entries using the online entries system.
  • If you have an active membership for the National Honey Show, you must login first. This will allow you to enter the members only classes 231 to 248 and calculate the discount of the entry fees.
  • Once you have read the schedule and decided on the classes, use the links above to go to the respective pages to add your entries:
    • UK competitive classes
    • Overseas competitive classes
    • Junior classes
    • County classes
  • Classes which require additional information (dimensions, buy backs, etc.) will be clearly marked. You must enter the information before you can add those to the cart.
  • If you are entering several classes and the total of the entries fees is more than £27.00, you are better off purchasing a National Honey Show membership. You must do that as a separate transaction BEFORE doing your entries. Click here for the membership page.
  • Most classes have a limit of 3 entries per person; some are limited to a single entry. The system will automatically prevent more entries than permitted for any class.
  • The basket will show the details of your entries, if you want to update anything just click on the class title. To remove any class from the cart, just click the ‘x’ on the left column.
  • After adding all your classes to the basket, you can proceed to checkout. This is the final stage where any required additional information will be asked, you can check the list of entries and make payment for the entry fees.
  • Payment is available using any debit/credit card. If your entries total less than £10.00, the option of cash payment on delivery of the entries will become available at the checkout.
  • If you share a computer with another member of your household who will also be submitting their own entries, make sure you logout (using the login/logout button) before the second person adds their entries.
  • If you have used the website before, it is likely that you already have an account. Go to https://honeyshow.co.uk/my-account/ to login or to register.
  • If you are having issues using the online entries system please contact the Entries Secretary via email on entries@honeyshow.co.uk.
  • After your entries are submitted, you will receive updates via email on the progress of your entries. You can also view your entries and other purchases on My Account.
